Three weeks later, Guys Goals was born — quality products, minimum markups. We cover the operational costs and shave off the extra for rainy days and guys’ goals dinners.
Supplements shouldn’t cost more than your groceries. That’s really what started this whole thing.

Why Guys Goals Exists
Most supplement brands are built backwards:
- Start with a big margin target
- Add fancy branding
- Then figure out what they can afford to put in the tub
Guys Goals flipped that.
We started with a group chat full of guys tired of overpaying for basics like:
- Fish oil
- Greens
- A decent multivitamin
- Pre-workout
- Protein and creatine
The question wasn’t “How much can we charge?”
It was “How cheap can we source these supplements while still feeling good about what’s inside?”
So we:
- Keep our markups minimal (<$1 for most!)
- Focus on core men’s health categories instead of chasing every trend
- Use pricing to cover ops and a small buffer — not fund supercars and billboards
Supplements don’t need a luxury tax — just simple, honest, everyday formulas that work.
How We Think About Quality
We’re not pretending to be a pharmaceutical lab or a high-end boutique brand. We’re a guys’ brand: simple, straightforward, and honest.
Our approach to quality:
- Straightforward formulas – Recognizable categories like omega-3, greens, multis, pre-workout, protein, etc.
- No gimmicky fairy-dusting – Real amounts of key ingredients, not 40 under-dosed ones.
- Label transparency – You should always know what you're taking and why.
- Sane pricing – “Good enough to take every day” quality at “I don’t have to think twice” prices.
We’re not the cheapest supplements on earth — just the fairest.
As the brand grows, we plan to keep improving:

- More transparency around manufacturing and testing
- Clearer education on what’s worth taking — and what’s just hype
What “Guys Goals” Means
Guys Goals started as the name of our group text thread — eight guys who get together once a month to talk goals around work, career, relationships, and health. No gurus, no mastermind fees, just real conversations about what we’re trying to build and how we’re actually doing.
The supplement brand came out of that same thread. We were already checking in on workouts, sleep, stress, money, and whether the stuff we were taking was even worth the price. Eventually the question became: why are we all overpaying for the basics?
So when we put the name on the label, it wasn’t a joke — it was a nod to where this all started: a small crew of guys trying to:
- Feel better day-to-day
- Have more energy for work, training, and life
- Take care of our bodies without overcomplicating it
- Still have enough left over for trips, dinners, experiences, and actual goals
Guys Goals is about supporting that, not becoming the center of your life. You grab your staples at a fair price, you feel a bit better, and you get on with your day.
Where We’re Headed
This is just the start. Over time, we want to:
- Expand the lineup slowly (only when it makes sense)
- Tighten our cost structure so we can keep prices low even as we grow
- Offer more bundles so you can cover your basics with one click
- Build content that actually helps guys understand what’s worth taking
